| The First Step Is The One You Believe In |
This is a rather personal post, not that the others aren't, but I don't generally broadcast my weight loss journey. Above is my 25 pounds loss washer I received today, along with my 10% weight loss key ring below. The last picture is my 16 week charm for hanging in there, I received it in July.
